🌸 Prenatal Support
During one personalized prenatal visit, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, and prepare for your labor and postpartum journey.
This session includes birth planning guidance, comfort measures, partner involvement tips, and answers to your questions — helping you feel calm and confident as you approach your baby’s arrival.
🌼 Labor & Birth Support
From the moment you need me, I’ll be by your side offering continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor and birth.
I provide comfort techniques, reassurance, and clear communication so you and your partner can focus on welcoming your baby with confidence and peace of mind.
🌿 Postpartum Visit
After birth, I’ll visit your home to check in, listen, and provide guidance for your early recovery and newborn care.
This visit is a time to reflect on your birth experience, ask questions, and receive gentle support as you adjust to life with your new baby.
